Vendor and Customer Self Service (VCSS) System - Customer Information

The VCSS system provides access to statement, payment, and related data to customers of the GSA.  Its functions include the following:

• Viewing statements.
• Printing statements via a PDF viewer.
• Downloading transaction details as a CSV file.
• Viewing payments.
• Viewing refunds.
• Corresponding with the GSA to report issues or ask questions about VCSS, statements, and accounts.
• Filing disputes.
• Viewing information about an account code.
• Viewing summary information by business line.
• Viewing summary information by customer account code.
